Holy smokes! These are tasty! And with 9 grams of fiber per bar, they make a great supplement on days when (insert your veggie of choice) isn't available. However, some good things have a down side and I discovered it today. So, here's some advice: don't eat 3 in one day if you plan to spend time around people. I won't elaborate, but let's just say "Poor Curt."

Have you tried the chocolate Special K or the chocolate Chex? I haven't, just askin.
Poor, poor, Curt.
I just realized that eating chocolate oat bars can replace vegetables??? Sign me up!
They can't replace the nutritional content of veggies, but they can replace the fiber. You really should try them. I buy them at Costco- 30 for $9.99. Sweet.
save yourself the cost and just sprinkle ground flax seed on everything you eat! that's my latest gig, god do we sound old or what! Blogging about fiber, this is a sad, sad day.
Yes, this is sad. Especially when you consider that a few days ago I commented on my bifocals on Mindy's blog.
Promoting colorectal health does not make us old, it makes us wise. If I can avoid going to the doctor for colon health issues and examinations, I'm one smart guy. And, these bars are delicious. Really, really good.
I'm pro colo-rectal health and I VOTE!! Let's print bumper stickers!
I think we can count on Katie Couric to put that on her bumper.
